How Can severe Hand Pain Be Treated?
Sir, I am suffering pain in my both hand. Pain moves according to movement of hand. I have to do a lot of exercise for relief from pain. If hands are in having position pain shift to palm & if hand is in updated position pain moves to shoulder. Kindly suggest.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
